We do not provide a termite letter! And not to disparage any other companies, but if anyone is telling you that they provide a termite letter, or do termite inspections, you should ask if they have actual termite inspectors onboard their company, or if they are simply referring you to a termite inspector to obtain that letter.
HOWEVER,
We DO search for termite and pest activity, as do all home inspection companies. What that translates into is, we search for things that indicate pest activity such as nests, defecation trails, termite tunnels, mud-wasp activity, avian damage from woodpeckers as well as wood-burrowing ants and wasps.
