Residential Home Inspections

An inspection can be a daunting experience if you’ve never had one done before.

ASHI standards state that we perform what’s called a “Limited Visual Inspection.” It is actually a detailed and vigorous process that requires a professionally trained eye and experience.

What we look for:

  1. Major defects
  2. Problems that could become major defects such as an HVAC that is beyond life expectancy
  3. Functionality: to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances
  4. Safety: to include any hazards, foundation and structural
  5. Unseen issues that could cause you undue, unexpected future work or costs
