11-month Warrantee Inspections

Most new homes come with a 1 year warrantee. Most new home owners will have discovered at least some issues that require repairing before then, and will have contacted their builders to have those issues rectified. Sometimes, however, the builder requires a professional opinion on perhaps a myriad of issues. Or, you may just want someone to look over your home before the warrantee expires.
